A few years ago, I found myself trapped in a very pressurised business, stuck in a cycle of stress and anxiety and pretty much feeling very unfulfilled and dissatisfied with my life. The money wasn't worth it and the passion had gone.

But then I realised I had a CHOICE!


I didn't have to stay stuck where I was. I could choose to change any area of my life that wasnt living up to my expectations. And, as scary as that was, I could change careers and do something I loved, felt passionate about and that made me feel fulfilled. 

And so, I did. One step a time.


It wasn't an overnight thing. It took lots of lists and thinking and plans. But I made the change, and I have never felt so free, liberated and in charge of creating my own life, exactly as I want it to be.

Thinking about what it took for me to get to where I wanted to be, I realised that it wasn't because 'the time was right' (although it was!) or because things magically fell into place. It wasn't that complicated or time consuming.

I was hyper focused on what I wanted, and to get it, I just worked at 5 key things, consistently. These 5 key things are what keep me moving forward towards achieving my new goals and desires. And ensure I get there!

It's true that consistent action creates consistent results.

1. A Get Clear assessment & questionnaire – in order to ensure you get the most out of our coaching session, you will need to complete an assessment of your life and answer a few simple questions so that we can hone in on the key areas you would like to focus on.


 2. Coaching for clarity - a 60-minute coaching session to connect with your authentic self to build your vision, identify what needs to be removed or changed in your life in order to make that vision a reality, and to eliminate or transform the things that are holding you back from thriving.


 3. A road map to direct your journey – after our session I will email you a detailed, personalised worksheet with step-by-step directions for solidifying your vision and mapping out the action steps you will need to take in order to get there.


 4. A progress check-in – we will schedule a 30- minute follow up coaching session for 10 days after your initial coaching appointment to discuss your progress and navigate any roadblocks or challenges that have crept up so that you can remain firmly on your path towards thriving!
